The Jabsco 22880-2001 is a bronze Flexible Impeller pump with a Neoprene Impeller, Nitrile/Carbon/ceramic mechanical seal, Flanged Ports, replacement pump end only without a Motor. This is a Pump Head Kit only without the motor, that has an Epoxy-coated aluminium Motor adaptor, suitable for a B3/B14 D100 frame motor to IEC 71 standard. There is a choice of 1-1/2 Inch BSP Threaded, 1-1/2 Inch NPT, and 2 Inch Hose Port adaptor kits to mount on the flange ports. Temperature range with Neoprene Impeller option is 4 degrees C to 80 degrees C. These pumps have unrivalled solids handling and are able to handle soft solids, and even unintentional hard solids such as loose screws, weld material and fruit stones. This pump has an exceptionally high flow rate compared to other pump types of the same size. It fits into smaller spaces – simplifies installation and equipment design. These pumps have very few moving parts to wear or break and spare parts are low-priced and readily available. Spares are easy to fit and most unskilled users can change an impeller.

Especially suited to Saltwater pumping, Mildly aggressive chemicals, Abrasives in suspension, Marine toilet waste pumpout. Typical Industrial Applications From water to the most difficult, e.g. transferring foaming solutions with entrained air or solids, such as soap, circulating abrasive and non abrasive slurries. Transferring inks, dyes, starches etc. Chemical Applications Circulating and transferring various chemicals such as ammonia, barium, copper sulphate, glycerine, nickel chloride, silver nitrate; various acids such as boric, carbonic, citric and photo processing solutions, widely used for polyelectrolyte.
