1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We understand it is critical that you receive your order as soon as possible. Below is a guideline of how long it takes to ship our products to some of the major cities in Australia. For orders under 5kg, they could be sent by airbags and reach your place the next day (please refer to the following table).
We deliver Australia-wide, so if your location isn’t mentioned don’t worry, just contact us!
2. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
We do not ship outside Australia at the moment.
3. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a consignment number and will be able to use it to track your order on respective couriers’ websites.
4. HOW LONG DO BACK ORDERED ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP?
It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments at our distribution centres.

7. I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT IS FAULTY – WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with purchase details and an explanation of the situation.
